  • Butter Powder 2 T + 2 T water

Combine milk and water together then add butter powder and water.

Step 6:

In a medium bowl mix together egg mixture with cheese. Then add milk and butter mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Heat 3 T fat over medium heat in a 10-12 inch cast iron pan. (I had bacon grease, so I used that).
  3. Once warm, add your meat, garlic and onion mixture. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables and combine with meat mixture.
  5. Pour egg, cheese, and milk mixture over meat and vegetables. Cook until frittata begins to set up, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. After it begins to set up, place it in the oven and bake. After 15 minutes check with a knife. If it’s not cooked through continue cooking at 5 minute intervals.

Thrive Life has so many vegetables and meat options to choose from. Fruits too!

Conclusion:

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do! Let me know which vegetables you include! Keepsm:)ing!
